SEE GENERAL RULES
  1. Entry forms MUST be mailed to the address on the entry form or dropped off in the entry box at the Kin Hut on the Fall Fair grounds. Faxed or emailed entries will be excepted, payment of entries will be due when you bring your exhibit and pick up your exhibitor tags.
  2. As noted in the Fall Fair General Rules pre-entry deadline for Hobbies & Crafts is August 22, 2006. This date is in order that the office has sufficient time to put your entries into the data base and have your exhibitor tags ready, for when you bring your exhibits. You may still fill out your entries when you bring your exhibits on Tuesday September 5, 2006 betwee1 – 9PM, however please be patient while your entry is being processed.
  3. All exhibitors must report to the Fair Office if they haven’t already picked up their exhibitor tags before proceeding to the designated building.
  4. As noted in the Fall Fair General Rules entry deadline for NEEDLECRAFT is TUESDAY AUGUST 23, 2005 All mailed entry forms must be postmarked by August 19, 2005.
  5. Exhibits will be accepted on Tuesday Sept. 6, 2005 from 1 - 9 PM.
  6. All exhibitors must report to the Fair Office to pick-up their receipts and exhibitor tags before proceeding to the designated building.
  7. All articles must be tagged or labelled with class number and exhibit entered in.
  8. All ages may enter all classes unless specified differently. Entries will be grouped and judged by age by follows:
    • Boys & Girls, 6 years & under - PJ
    • Boys & Girls, 7 to 10 years - J
    • Pre- Teen, 11 to 14 years - PT
    • Teen, 15 to 18 years - T
    • Open, 19 years & over - 0P
    • Senior Citizen, 65 years & over - SC
  9. All PJ & J entries will receive a participant ribbon.
  10. No prize will be awarded for any article that has been awarded at previous Fairs.
  11. Articles soiled or defaced by wear will not be judged.
  12. When there is only one entry in a class the articles must be first class standards to be awarded the prize.
  13. Prize money may be picked up at the Fair office: Friday, 1PM - 9PM, Saturday, 1PM - 4PM, 7PM - 9PM. Sunday, 9AM - 4PM.
  14. Exhibits may be picked up from the Exhibit Hall, Sunday from 4:00 - 5:00 PM. Make sure you have your receipt.
